Battaglia Consulting, LLC is a real estate investment group engaged in the development and management of real estate in Tennessee and Florida; utilizing our network of local real estate professionals to obtain the most current property market trends and capital market information.
It is our philosophy that we make our money when we buy real estate, not when we sell it. We have been buying, selling and investing in Tennessee and Florida real estate for over 15 years.
Battaglia Consulting LLC is looking to add to their portfolio and welcome all submissions. We are actively looking for upside potential through redevelopment and undeveloped land priced below market value where the ability to achieve entrepreneurial returns through development, construction and management opportunities exists.
